These terms and conditions have been put together over a period of 28 years dealing with slow payers, no payers professional deadbeats, opportunist and downright thieves.

By engaging ChinaVentures Pty Ltd and the entity that owns them you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:-

1. For companies businesses and partnerships: The owners or partners, directors, departmental managers, and all those involved with accounts payable departments of such companies, personally guarantee all payments to the owners of ChinaVentures .

2. All work is carried out with due care but no responsibility.

3. All prices are subject to change with or with out notice.

4. Unless otherwise stated all prices are plus GST.

5. All quotes are subject to variation should the work turn out to be more difficult or take more time   than originally calculates.  

6. All invoices short paid will incur the full cost of recovery.

7. If you choose to ignore our payment terms you agree to give ChinaVentures  or it’s owners the ability to charge you a further 12.5% plus GST for every day over these terms. You also agree that each time we send some one in to collect payments and are unable to do so, for what ever internal reason you may have, we have the right to charge you a further $130.00 plus GST each time.   

8. By engaging ChinaVentures  to perform services for you, you indemnify the owners of ChinaVentures  for all breakages.

9. You agree that ChinaVentures or their owners or operators are not responsible for any loss of goods or breakages or problems with transport, postage. customs, duties, inspections and all other problems during and after shipment.

10. By engaging ChinaVentures  to perform services for you, you agree that should you fail to pay for these services, you will be responsible for all cost incurred by the owners of ChinaVentures  to recover the money’s.

11. When buying goods or services offered by or over seas clients through ChinaVentures,  you hereby indemnify ChinaVentures  and it’s owners from all loses. You also agree that ChinaVentures is not responsible for the condition or arrival of these goods or services.
